• MapLibre GL JS: render a COGP file on MapLibre with HTTP range requests and MVT encoding in a worker.
• deck.gl + GeoArrow: read each view as GeoArrow with toGeoArrow and render it with deck.gl GeoArrow layers.
• Read budget: read the map center with a level and row budget and see what it reads and fetches.
• Layout inspector: inspect row groups, page indexes, byte layout, and the ranges fetched for a drawn rectangle.
